Pain in the Neck

Kids are a pain in the ass. But my real problem is the pain in my neck.

Every parent knows that tightness between the shoulders from pushing a stroller and a shopping cart and a swing and a tricycle. We’ve all experienced the lower back pain that comes with lowering crib mattresses, assembling Ikea furniture and just plain walking. And don’t get me started on the piggyback rides.

At the end of the day, all I want to do is collapse in bed – scan the real estate apps on my phone or read my book or watch a nice show like Deadly Women (which by the way, I can totally relate to those women). The problem is my neck is so knotted from the day’s events, I can’t bear to lift it.

Introducing… these freakish glasses Jason found for me online somewhere. I can read, text, type and freak out the dog – all without neck pain.

  1. I need these! What are they? My neck and shoulder. It’s terrible. I am sleeping without pillows and considering becoming a yogi!
